By booking a walk with Sammy's Pawsonal Walks, you agree to the terms below. A printed copy is also provided at your meet & greet for you to sign, along with a short form for your dog's details.

1.Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between Sammy's Pawsonal Walks (“the Walker”, “I”, “me”), a sole trader based in Teddington, and each client who books a walk (“the Client”, “you”).

2.The service

Solo, door-to-door dog walking. Your dog is collected from your home and walked one at a time — never in a group — for the agreed duration, then returned home safely. Services currently offered:

60-minute care visit
60-minute walk

Current prices are as advertised on this website and may change with reasonable notice.

3.Booking & payment

Bookings are made by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Payment is due [on the day of the walk / weekly in advance / by bank transfer]. Regular weekly clients may be invoiced [weekly/monthly].

4.Cancellations

Client cancellations with 24 hours' notice or more: no charge.
Client cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: charged at 100% of the walk price, as that slot is held exclusively for your dog.
Walker cancellations (illness, emergency, etc.): as much notice as possible will be given, with no charge for the cancelled walk.

5.Access & key holding

The method of entry to your home is agreed at the meet & greet — for example a spare key held securely, a key safe code, or being let in by you or a named third party. Any key held is labelled with a reference code only, never your name or address, and stored securely at all times.

6.Your dog's health & behaviour

You confirm your dog is up to date with vaccinations and flea/worm treatment, and agree to disclose any behavioural issues, medical conditions, or dietary needs before the first walk. Full details (vet practice, allergies, behavioural notes) are captured on a short welcome form at your meet & greet.

The Walker reserves the right to decline or pause the service if a dog's behaviour poses a safety risk to itself, the Walker, or others.

7.Veterinary emergencies

In a genuine emergency, the Walker will attempt to contact you immediately. If you can't be reached, the Walker is authorised to take your dog to your named vet practice (or the nearest available vet) and to authorise necessary emergency treatment. You agree to be responsible for any resulting veterinary costs.

8.Insurance & liability

The Walker holds public liability insurance and takes reasonable care of your dog and property at all times.

The Walker's liability is limited to the value of the walk fee, except where injury, loss, or damage results from the Walker's negligence.

9.Photography & marketing

The Walker may take photos or short videos during walks to share an update with you afterwards. Unless you opt out, these may also be used on the Sammy's Pawsonal Walks website and social media. You can let the Walker know your preference at any time.

10.Data protection

Your personal data is handled in line with the Sammy's Pawsonal Walks Privacy Policy.

11.Ending this agreement

Either party may end this agreement at any time.
