How do I book a dog walk?
Check a free time on the availability page and send Sammy your request, or set up a free account and book there. Sammy confirms every booking.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can send a request with just your name and an email or phone number. A free account is worth setting up though: it keeps your pets' notes, paperwork, invoices and a photo journal in one place.
Is the meet and greet really free?
Yes. It is free with no obligation, so I can meet you and your pet and you can see if we are a good fit before booking anything.
How much notice do you need?
For regular weekly walks I will set up a standing slot. For one-off walks, a day or two's notice is usually plenty, though I will always try to fit in a last-minute request.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Message me as early as you can and we will sort it out. The terms and conditions have the details.
